Remote Support: We started using Roadrunner's tech support services in Tucson and have continued, remotely, now that they've moved to Minnesota. They're patient and reassuring. They'll keep working a problem until it is solved, no matter how challenging. We don't have anything negative to say. Pricing is always fair. Very positive. Wish they were still here in Tucson! They're fun to work with.

Consultation Advice: My business was looking to either upgrade the hardware in our PCs or purchase new PCs to run Windows 8.1 and 10. After consulting with Roadrunner regarding our current PCs, they were able to recommend cost-effective hardware upgrades instead of buying new PCs. Very knowledgeable staff; fair and honest.
Phone Support: I have called Roadrunner on several occasions and they were able to talk me through the problems right over the phone, much to my amazement!
